The two earpieces of your TWS headphones should normally be connected together without issue. However, if they are no longer paired to each other, please follow these steps, in order.
- Forget/unpair the headphones on your device.
- Manually pair the two earpieces together following the "Manual Pairing Left & Right" instructions in your Owner's Manual/Quick Start Guide.
- Pair the headphones to your device and see if this resolves the problem.
- If manual pairing does not fix the problem, forget/unpair the headphones on your device again.
- Initiate a Product Reset to reset the earbud’s Bluetooth connection.
- Note that RESET will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your headphones with your devices again
- Follow the Product Reset instructions in your Owner's Manual/Quick Start Guide.
- Manually pair the 2 buds together again, as you did in step 2. This additional step is necessary because, by default, the reset procedure does not automatically pair the two ear pieces together, but it does wipe all previous settings and resets the internal processor, so it is necessary to manually pair the two ear pieces together again.
- Pair the buds to your Source Device.

Yes, by using the manual setup procedure it is possible to increase the signal volume level to the subwoofer, while reducing the level on the subwoofer itself. The reason it switches off is that the standby sensing circuit cannot sense music when the level is very low. By increasing the volume to the subwoofer and reducing its output on the sub itself, the signal sensing circuit has a better chance of recognizing an incoming signal, preventing the sub from switching off.Was this helpful? Move the sub closer to the SOUNDBAR for testing and see if the signal picks up. 1: Turn off any wireless routers or devices that run on 2.4ghz signals, such baby monitors, cordless phones, etc. and test to see if the subwoofer connects. 2: Test with a movie or music with a lot of action scenes or bass. If it's just dialogue, you may not hear the subwoofer. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Your model AVR is equipped with a cooling fan that only comes on when the unit's internal temperature rises above a predetermined limit. Thanks to the massive heat sinks used in the AVR series, this temperature is rarely reached. A typical situation where the fan will come on is when the AVR is operating at a very loud volume level with program material that has sounds in all seven channels. Since this is a rare occurrence, you may never notice the fan working. In any case, when the fan does come on, the volume will be loud enough that you might not notice it. Thus, you may own an AVR for many years and never hear the fan, or see it in operation. There is no way to test the fan, and none is needed. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

- Try to disconnect some devices from your Wi-Fi network. Some routers may have weak performance, which can cause issues and poor connection to all devices in your network. - If your router supports 5Ghz ( 802.11N or AC ) and you have devices that are capable of using 5 GHz Wi-Fi then switch to that specific network for best performance. - If you have a lot of ( Legacy / older than 5 years ) devices on 2.4GHz network, try limiting them to max. 6 connected simultaneouslyWas this helpful? Fortunately the Go+Play in all versions is made with this problem in mind. One of the feet is adjustable. Look at the four feet. One is different from the others. You can insert a 3mm hex key into the center hole in it, then loosen the foot insert and unscrew it until the unit is steady. The adjustable insert may stick a little, so exert a steady, firm pressure to get it loose if this is the case. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

To enhance the WiFi signal for your BDS, please make sure to place the included antenna on its threaded socket, then try search for any WiFi network again. If this still does not work, try moving your BDS closer to the router until connection is established, ensuring that the BDS WiFi network module is working. There are five possible reasons for the receiver shutting down. 1. There is a problem internally with the receiver. 2. There is a problem with one or more of your speakers. 3. There is a problem with one or more of your speaker wires. 4. There is a problem with the speaker wiring done on your system. 5. The unit is overheating. No ventilation. First, check the wiring at every speaker terminal at the back of your receiver and at the back of your speakers. A single strand of speaker wire crossing from one terminal to another would be enough to cause the amp to shut down or go into PROTECT. If you do not find any problems with any of the wiring, you should disconnect all speakers from your receiver. If the receiver continues to go into PROTECT, the problem is in the receiver. Please submit a case on the Contact Us page. They will be able to assist you. However, if it turns on, the problem is elsewhere. Begin reconnecting one speaker at a time. Eventually you will connect a speaker that will cause the receiver to shut down. At this point you have found your culprit. On the other hand, it may just be overheating. You must have at least 2 - 3 inches of space between the top of the unit and any shelf or component above the unit. The unit should not be inside a sealed compartment when being used. The unit must be able to breath. There are very powerful amps in these receivers. If they run too hot, they will shut down. An external fan can help this. Was this helpful? The Checklist
Let us walk-through a list of things needed to ensure every requirement is met.
- Check your mobile device if that is able to connect to same Wireless network.
- Make sure you are within range of your Wireless router.
- Check the Wireless signal on your mobile device, does it have a weak signal then move closer to the router.
- Try both Wireless network bands 2.4GHz and 5GHz in case one of them are failing.
- You will have longer range with 2.4GHz, but less performance and most of the times a crowded network (many devices are using 2.4GHz band).
- You will have less interference with 5GHz and higher performance, however, the range of the 5GHz network has shorter range.
- Try using a different mobile device, if you have one.
- Reboot your Wireless network router and your mobile device.
Wireless Network Extender
Some houses or apartments can be too big for one Wireless network router to cover it all.
Let's talk about the issues that might appear with an Extender network.- Network Extenders that will help cover poor signal in your home, often results in poor connection and low speed performance.
- Often the Network Extender is a low budget device or not suited for having too many devices attached to it.
- Placement of the speaker is crucial as you can put it in a place where it could connect to either main Wireless router or the Extender, that will confuse Wireless network devices.
- To solve this issue, try move the speaker closer to main router or have fewer devices attached to your Wireless Extender.
- In addition, always use 5GHz connection between your Network extender and main router (best solution and performance).
One Wireless Network Name (SSID)
- You may have set the Wireless Network SSID (Wi-Fi network name) to one big Wireless network (With a main router + Extender(s).
- If the JBL LINK device is within range of both Wireless networks (Main router & Extender) then it can get confused with which one to connect to.
- To solve this issue, using two different name for your extended network will help with the performance of the JBL LINK Speaker and Google Assistant request.
