Is my AVR model capable of processing both audio and video through the HDMI inputs?

Yes, our AVR's have ARC (Audio Return Channel) on one of our HDMI ports (Labeled ARC). ARC will process both video and audio coming from your TV into the AVR and back, and if you have another source like BlueRay player in one of the other HDMI ports. It will transfer video and audio via the ARC port to your TV.
