The Harman Kardon Enchant 900 is compatible with just about all televisions on the market, offering a direct connection for the highest-quality uncompressed Dolby Atmos® surround sound content.
The Harman Kardon One app easily helps you set up the Enchant 900, personalize audio settings, and browse the integrated music services to find your new favorite playlist. You can also customize EQ and control all your compatible speakers in one convenient place.
The Enchant 900 provides superior 3D spatial audio all by itself. But why stop there? You can create up to a 5.1.4 channel system by adding the Harman Kardon Enchant Sub for thundering impactful bass. Or add two Harman Kardon Enchant wireless speakers. These additions will make the soundstage even wider, and add two more up-firing channels to make the 3D sound experience even more immersive.
The Harman Kardon Enchant 900 is made with 85% recycled plastic, 100% recycled aluminum and 100% recycled polyester yarn. It's Energy Star-certified and it's packaged in FSC-certified paper printed with soy ink.

  • Hoe kan ik een software-update krijgen?

    Zodra de luidspreker/soundbar met het netwerk is verbonden, worden de eventueel beschikbare software-updates automatisch via wifi of het internet naar het product verzonden

  • Mijn product kon tijdens de configuratie niet worden gevonden. Hoe kan ik dit oplossen?
    1. Zorg ervoor dat uw Harman Kardon One-app-apparaat tijdens de eerste configuratie minder dan 10 m van de luidspreker is verwijderd.
    2. Zorg ervoor dat het is aangesloten op de stroom en dat de aan/uit-indicator brandt.
    3. Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact, wacht 10 seconden, sluit het netsnoer opnieuw aan en wacht tot de luidspreker opgestart is.
    4. Verplaats de luidspreker of router tijdelijk zodat ze dichter bij elkaar zijn. Als de verbinding slaagt, is de oorspronkelijke locatie mogelijk te ver van de router verwijderd om een stabiele verbinding te behouden.
    5. Probeer een ander apparaat te gebruiken waarop de Harman Kardon ONE-app is geïnstalleerd en dat met uw thuisnetwerk is verbonden.
  • Waarvoor dient de Audiosynchronisatie-functie?

    Wanneer de soundbar met een digitale tv is verbonden, kan het gebeuren dat de audio niet synchroon loopt met de video. Als de video achterloopt op de audio, moet u de geluidsvertragingstijd aanpassen aan die van de video.

    U kunt de geluidsvertragingstijd instellen tussen 0 msec en 250 msec.

    Opmerking: De geluidsvertragingstijd die u opgeeft, is, afhankelijk van de afgespeelde inhoud, mogelijk niet exact.

    De audiosynchronisatie-functie biedt geen oplossing voor gevallen waarin de video voorloopt op de audio.

  • Waarvoor dient de Geluidskalibratie-functie?

    De configuratie van de geluidskalibratie zorgt ervoor dat de soundbar de beste 3D-surroundeffecten levert voor elk interieur en voor elke kamerindeling.

  • Wanneer ik de Harman Kardon One-app gebruik om mijn luidspreker in te stellen, verschijnt mijn wifi-netwerk niet in de lijst. Hoe kan ik verbinding maken met mijn wifi-netwerk?

    U kunt handmatig de netwerknaam (SSID) en het wachtwoord invoeren om verbinding te maken als het netwerk niet verschijnt.

  • Wat is Dolby Atmos en hoe werkt het?

    Dolby Atmos is een 3D-surround-geluidsformaat.

    Met Dolby Atmos kan de soundbar multikanaals surround-geluid reproduceren, inclusief een virtueel hoogtekanaal. 

    Opmerking: Deze functie is alleen van toepassing op Dolby Audio-inhoud.
