I have a dual-band router, and the HK Controller app cannot find my speakers when they are connected with different bands(2.4G or 5G).
I have a dual-band router, and the HK Controller app cannot find my speakers when they are connected with different bands(2.4G or 5G).
Please make sure that your smart-device that is using the HK Controller app and OMNI speaker(s), are connected to the same band (2.4G or 5G) when using a Dual-band router.
