Tap an entry to see more detail, provide feedback, or listen to audio sent to the Cloud for that entry by tapping the play icon. Sometimes Alexa may not understand you perfectly, and the translations you see in History may not always reflect exactly what you said (for example, they may be inaccurate or incomplete). You can help us improve your experience by providing feedback on inaccurate translations in History.
  • Yes, turn on your Onyx studio 2 and hold down phone button & volume + at the same time. Onyx Studio 2 will power off and when you power it on again, it has been reset.

  • If you want to change Bluetooth source, you may have to reset the Bluetooth system in the AURA.     By using the Samsung SmartThings app, you can change the equalization settings of the speaker to fit your personal taste by adjusting the settings of each frequency to create your personalized EQ:

    • BASS: Adjust the lower frequency sounds, such as bass or a kick drum.

    • MID: Adjust the mid-frequency sounds, such as human speech.

    • TREBLE: Adjust the higher frequency sounds for clarity.
