Sometimes when I watch HD or 3D material, I can see white specks or "snow" on the screen. What can I do to avoid this?

Try another HDMI cable, and make sure that it is a high-speed version. This solution usually solves the problem, which is caused by insufficient cable bandwith.

Sometimes my Chromecast enabled streaming app cannot see my Citation speaker. What should I do?

"In certain network conditions, your speaker may not be visible from your streaming app. You can still use voice control to start & control playback. If you wish to use your phone app to control playback, please power cycle your Citation speaker and your phone."

Sometimes, if I remove the USB stick while playing from it, the BDS freezes.

Never remove a USB stick while the BDS is playing files from it. If the system freezes, switch the BDS unit OFF and then ON with the switch on the back panel to reset.

SmartThings App: Airplay not working
If you cannot stream music via AirPlay on your AirPlay compatible device, proceed with the following steps:
1. Open the SmartThings app
2. Go to device's page in SmartThings app.
3. Select "Third Party Services".
4. Select "AirPlay".
5. Select "Reset AirPlay".

SmartThings app: "Enter code" pop-up on the "Register Your Device" screen when setting up Amazon Alexa

Due to Amazon Alexa's registration security, when you try to set up Amazon Alexa in the SmartThings app, it will automatically generate a "Enter code" pop-up on the "Register Your Device" screen. You can ignore this and just press "Continue" to proceed. You do not need to enter a code.

Should I activate Spotify Connect in my AURA?

No, connect your AURA to your home network (see QSG) once your AURA is connected and your device is on the same network. Simply open Spotify Premium, and a small speaker icon will be visible inside the app.

4. Enable Bluetooth
5. First option Tap Add Set up device Set up new devices in your home
6. Second option Tap X device found Select Home location
7. Follow the instruction on screen to add your new Harman Kardon Citation speaker.

Roon support

The Roon controller (DLNA) is not supported, but it is possible to use the Chromecast or Airplay from the Citation Amp to create a room within the Roon app (needs subscription with Roon).
