Press the Bluetooth source button on your BDS remote. In the right top corner of your TV screen, there should be a button called "Pair". Jump to the "Pair button" to perform pairing by using the arrow keys on your remote control. Click OK while being on the pair button. Once pressed, a pop-up screen will appear, this indicates pairing mode is active for 3 minutes. Go to Bluetooth settings on your mobile device, find the BDS in the list and connect. This can be caused by many things. It could be obstacles between your device and router, or that your device has been placed too far away. To enhance the WiFi signal for your BDS, please make sure to place the included antenna on its threaded socket, then try search for any WiFi network again. If this still does not work, try moving your BDS closer to the router until connection is established, ensuring that the BDS WiFi network module is working. If nothing happens, the network module of the BDS or your router have a problem. In case you need more help, contact our support for more tips. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
