It is an all-weather speaker with a rechargeable battery that adds access to streaming services like Spotify Connect and Chromecast built-in, so you can enjoy your favorite music anywhere in your home – indoors or outdoors. Seamlessly stream your favorite music all over your home – indoors or outdoors - and to any Harman Kardon Omni+ wireless HD products. Listen to different music in any room of your home, even outside.
Stream your favorite songs and playlists wirelessly inside or outside your home with Spotify Connect, using the Spotify app as a remote. Spotify Connect feature requires Spotify Premium subscription.
With Chromecast built-in, you can cast your favorite music, radio stations and podcasts from your mobile device to your speakers. Chromecast built-in may require subscription(s).

Streaming via Bluetooth or direct aux in connection are supported without the HK Controller app. For OMNI+ devices that you already have placed in a room, they are capable of using either Spotify Connect or Chromecast built-in without the need of using the HK Controller app. Use only the HK Controller app for setting up any OMNI+ devices you may have.Was this helpful? There is a reset button on the bottom of the Omni+ devices. Press and hold this button for 5 seconds to perform a factory reset of your product. All product settings, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connections will be erased. To reset the OMNI 50+ speaker, please do the following: First, press & hold ‘Source’, ‘Vol+’, ‘Vol-‘ buttons at the same time. The Omni 50+ will switched off, indicating that the product was successful reset. Secondly, press ‘power' button to turn on power for the Omni 50+ speaker. We recommend starting playback on the Omni+ speaker first, and then linking the 1st generation Omni speakers. Omni+ is more powerful and can provide more stability when restreaming to other speakers.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

If your OMNI 50+ is completely drained, it will take 3,5 to 4 hours to fully charge. We advise to charge the Omni 50+ when it starts to blink red.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Make sure you disable AP/Client isolation on your Access Point / Extender and that Multicast forwarding is not disabled between the W-Fi networks. However, we cannot guarantee than streaming will work flawless as Extender networks are tricky and can cause many issues. Always use a 5GHz Wi-Fi network extender for best results.Was this helpful? If you are having problems playing music after setting up a new speaker (no matter what connection is used, Ethernet, Wi-Fi), please restart the Harman Kardon Controller app after the speaker setup is complete.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

It is not possible to use the speaker while installing it to your WiFi network. Once you have successfully connected to the WiFi network, you can use Bluetooth and AUX again.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
