FAQs & How-Tos

Yes. An auxiliary splitter would be required to connect multiple speakers wired utilizing the auxiliary audio inputs. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

No, you can only take phone calls when your Go + Play BT/Wireless is connected to a single smartphone. The speaker is designed in this way to protect privacy when it doesn't know which phone is being called. However, some Android phones (e.g. Google Nexus 5) will still transfer the phone call to speaker even when Go + Play BT/Wireless is connected with multiple smartphones. This is caused by the configuration of the phone. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Wireless dual sound can be used to pair two speakers which has the wireless dual sound technology, Which are Aura Studio 2, GO+PLAY, Onyx studio 3, Onyx mini. Please note: Dual Wireless Sound only has the capability to connect no more than 2 speakers at a time. NOTE: The Onyx Studio 5, which also has Dual Wireless Sound, can NOT be used together with other products which feature DWS. Only 2 Onyx Studio 5's can pair with eachother. Was this helpful? Bluetooth keeps on playing, even if you connect something and play to the AUX input. BT keeps on playing, since it has first priority. If you pause or stop BT play, any source playing to the AUX input will now be heard. If you resume play on the BT source, it will take over, and the AUX source is no longer heard, but will of course keep on playing, since there is no way to send a pause or stop signal to the AUX source via the line cable. All of this means that there is an input selector switch built into the device, controlled by the BT play function. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

It's normal that music will be interrupted for one or two seconds when entering Wireless Dual Sound mode. The two compatible speakers are synchronizing with each other during this connection process. Once they are in sync you will not experience any further interruption. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Fortunately the Go+Play in all versions is made with this problem in mind. One of the feet is adjustable. Look at the four feet. One is different from the others. You can insert a 3mm hex key into the center hole in it, then loosen the foot insert and unscrew it until the unit is steady. The adjustable insert may stick a little, so exert a steady, firm pressure to get it loose if this is the case. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

If you are having trouble with distortion or drop outs, try the following suggestions: 1. Move the audio source closer to the speakers. 2. Move the speakers closer to each other. 3. Make sure only one of the two speakers are connected to the audio source. If both are connected to the audio source, disconnect the connection between the audio source and the second speaker. 4. Make sure the audio source connects with one streaming speaker only, disconnect other Bluetooth connection. 5. Restart both your speakers and the audio source. 6. Make sure the environment is not congested by other wireless signals. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
