The setup process fails with a device running Android 7.0 or higher for my OMNI+ speaker, how can I make it connect?
If you experience a problem with setup using an Android 7.0 or higher device, please perform the following steps: First, force stop the HK Controller app from running in background. Second, go to your phone or tablet Wi-Fi settings, find the Omni speaker setup Wi-Fi network, and select “Forget Network”.Third, reopen the HK Controller app and begin the setup process again. After performing these steps, you will be able to complete the setup process for your speakers.
