My OMNI 10+, 20+ or 50+ speakers are connected to my network, but I cannot see them in the HK Controller app
Dual band routers that have 2.4 and 5 GHz connection bands. If devices connect on different bands, they cannot see one another. Please make sure your phone and speakers are both connected to 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz and that there is no AP isolation activated between them.
