What HDCP version is featured in the AVR and BDS models?
All AVR models up to and including 151S, 161S and 171S feature HDCP version 1.4.
(High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection).
This is also true for BDS 280, 580, 280S and 580S.
It is not possible to update to version 2.2 with any software/firmware update, as this requires a hardware change.
Future models may feature version 2.2, made for UHD/4k content.
