I cannot control Bluetooth functions with Alexa on my Harman Kardon Allure or Allure portable speaker. Is this normal?
This feature is not yet implemented in our Harman Kardon Allure or Allure portable speaker. Future updates might include this option, so we advise keeping an eye on the release notes in the HK Alexa Setup app about possible future firmware updates.
