My OMNI+ speaker will not connect to my Wi-Fi, is it defective?
If your Wi-Fi network name has special characters, such as (, `, \, ', ", or ), then please change the name of your Wi-Fi network, as these characters are not supported. After changing the name, you can go ahead and setup the speaker to your Wi-Fi network.
