We have some suggestions if you want to enjoy the best performance from your Bluetooth devices. 1. Please note that if you have a large number of Apps open in your smartphone or tablet, this may block or overtax its processor. Dropouts may result. Try to close all or most active apps. This should solve the problem. 2. Bluetooth signals from smartphones and tablets are not very strong. Make sure that the signal does not have to pass through doors, walls etc. Always maintain a clear line of sight between transmitter and receiver. 3. Do not carry your smartphone in your pocket, if you have dropouts. Your body can act as a screen, reducing the strength of the Bluetooth signal. Put the phone on a table or other surface. 4. Do not walk around while listening. If the transmitter and the receiver are moved in relation to each other, dropouts occur more frequently. 5. Under normal circumstances, you can expect a range of 5 meters with no problems, if you follow the above advice. In some instances range is longer, but we cannot promise this.Was this helpful? Make sure your source device and AURA are on the same network. Then make sure your router is set to support older Wi-Fi protocols, such as b/g where the AURA is operating. Some routers have a function to disable older protocols and only use newer ones.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

AURA is DLNA compatible, which means that if you have a device capable of streaming DLNA content (AUDIO only), then it will be visible for these devices. If you do not see AURA on your network, please make sure you have connected it to the Wi-Fi and followed the procedure, as it requires to be connected via Wi-Fi.Was this helpful? It is not possible to clean the clear dome of the AURA. The dome cannot be removed without damaging the product. The only solution if debris falls into the AURA is to try to shake it out through the bass tube. We cannot recommend using a vacuum cleaner to suck or blow through the bass tube.Was this helpful? The Aura only goes from sleep mode to stand-by mode if you either press Power Off, or leave the Aura inactive for 30 minutes with no wifi connection established. Please note that the power light dims when Aura enters sleep mode, but extinguishes completely in stand-by mode. Please note that in both Sleep and Standby modes, Bluetooth remains active, and Aura will wake up if BT transmission is received.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

The EQ Button activates a special "wide stereo sound" effect. It does not affect bass settings. Turning EQ On/Off does not reset bass level to default value. User can adjust BASS in the Bass +/- control in the APP.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Yes, after half an hour of inactivity, and provided Bluetooth pairing has been interrupted, Aura goes into full Standby. Now the wi-fi control light will no longer blink.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
