I have downloaded the Harman AVR App, but it does not work when I open it and try to control my receiver. What can I do?
The Harman AVR App controls your receiver through your smartphone, which communicates via your wireless home network. Please make sure that your AVR is properly connected to your network router, with cable for the smaller models. If you have no wireless home network, you cannot use the app.
