How to create and add Presets?
In our latest update for Citation, we added a couple of new features.
We are going to talk about our new programmable preset feature.

With this feature, you can add a voice command such as "Turn off the lights in the Bedroom" or "Play my playlist Rock road classic" without using your voice.
Once you have recorded the action, you will see an icon on your Citation display. Tap on this specific recorded command, and the Citation will do all the magic for you!

Enough of what it can do, let us create a preset:
1. Scroll down on your Citation Display to you see "Voice presets."
2. Press on the + sign.
3. Say your command: Play Radio FM
  1. Do not use "Hey or OK, Google at this point."
4. Press the "V" icon after the command is finished.
5. Select an icon.
6. Your Preset is now ready, tap it to give it a try.
To delete any presets.
- Press and hold down the preset.
- A menu will appear, hit the "TRASHCAN" icon.

How to connect to a TV and using other devices
TV Connection HDMI (ARC)
1. Connect your HDMI cable (included in the box) to your TV.
2. Locate your TVs HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) port.
3. Find the HDMI OUT on the back of your Enchant 800 or 1300 Soundbar.
4. Now enjoy watching TV and listen to great audio through your Enchant soundbar.
Optical connection
1. Connect your Optical cable (included in the box) to your TV.
2. Find the Optical OUT connection on your TV.
3. Locate the Optical IN on the back of your Enchant soundbar.
4. Enjoy sound through the optical connection.
Using the HDMI Inputs
1. Find an HDMI Cable for your other devices.
2. Use the HDMI inputs on the Enchant Soundbar.
  1. NOTE: Enchant 800 only have one HDMI input port and Enchant 1300 has three HDMI input ports.
3. Switch source using your Remote control or pressing the source selector button.
4. The display on your Enchant device will show which HDMI input you are on.
5. Enjoy watching or playing through your Enchant Soundbar.

How to connect a Bluetooth device
Connecting a Bluetooth device for your Enchant Soundbar
1. Make sure your Enchant soundbar is turned on by pressing the power button
2. There are two ways to enter Bluetooth pairing mode on your Enchant soundbar.
  1. Press the dedicated source button on top of your Enchant soundbar
  2. Press the source button until you see "Bluetooth" in the front of the Enchant display. Below is the order when using the source button (note that on Enchant 800 there is only 1 HDMI)
1. The second option is to use the Remote control included with your Enchant soundbar.
  1. Press the "BT" button on your Remote control.
  2. The display will show "Bluetooth pairing"
1. Now that your Enchant soundbar is in pairing mode it is now time to grab your mobile device.
2. Go to Bluetooth settings.
1. Press the enable Bluetooth button.
1. Select the Enchant soundbar and connect with Bluetooth.
You can now stream any music from your favorite device directly to the Enchant soundbar, ENJOY!

How to adjust the time

In the Google Home app, go to device settings and set up your home address again. The home address is where the Oasis sets its time zone. If changes are made, it may be necessary to reboot the speaker. Remove and reinsert the power cable to ensure that the changes take effect.

How much watt uses the Go+Play Mini on battery mode?

The speaker uses 4 x 15W when running on battery. You will hear a slight lower bass performance, compared to being connected to AC power.

How many smart-devices can I connect to Go + Play BT/Wireless via Bluetooth at the same time?

Three devices can be connected to Go + Play BT/Wireless at the same time. You can easily take turns when playing music from 3 connected devices by pressing play on one of them. If you press play on the second of the connected devices, the first one will be interrupted and the second will start playing, and so on. If you want to connect a 4th device, you'll be required to disconnect one of the connected devices first.

The BDS -75 and -77 models support 2000 files and 10 folder levels on DLNA.

How many ear tip sizes come with the Vi Personal Trainer?

The Vi Personal Trainer is pre-fitted with the size small fin and comes with two additional fin sizes. To get accurate ratings on your heart rate, you'll want to find the fin that fits most comfortably. The Vi also comes pre-fitted with the size medium ear tip and comes with four additional tip sizes. (XS, S, M, L)

How many devices does Multi-Connect support?

Our Multi-Connect feature supports up to two devices, to be connected at the same time. But only one device can play at a time.

How many channels does the Citation Multibeam 1100 support?

As a stand-alone soundbar, the product can support 5.0.2 channels. When connected to the optional Citation Sub or Citation Sub-S, the product can support 5.1.2 channels.

It is also possible to have physical rear surround channels by connecting the optional Citation Surround.

How many Bluetooth devices can be available on my AURA Studio?

AURA Studio has the Multi-Connect feature (Social-Mode) which allows you to connect up to 2 devices at the same time and play different music from either device. Note that the music playing on one device will be interrupted when the other device begins playing music, and vice-versa.

How long will it take to charge my OMNI 50+ speaker?

If your OMNI 50+ is completely drained, it will take 3,5 to 4 hours to fully charge. We advise to charge the Omni 50+ when it starts to blink red.

How is it possible to see the difference between BDS 280/580 and the "S" versions with Spotify Connect feature?

For the owner, two indications show the difference: 1. In the menu system, a Spotify option is available as one of the tiles. 2. A check of the software version will show 3.16.0 or higher. There is no mention of the Spotify option on the BDS unit itself. For customer service, a serial number check will show the precise model.

How do you turn up the volume on the Soho Wireless?

Because the Right Ear cup is a touch sensor, you simply have to move your finger from top to bottom on the outside ear cup to increase the volume. In order to decrease the volume, move your finger from the bottom of the ear cup to the top.

How do you reset the Go+Play (Mini, from 2016).

Switch device ON.
Press and hold VOLUME+ and PLAY/PAUSE buttons until all lamps light up.

How do I use the HK Connect feature on the Onyx Studio 4?

Download the HK Connect app to your mobile device. Make sure that the Onyx Studio 4 speaker is connected successfully to your mobile device. The HK Connect app should recognize the Onyx Studio 4 within the first few seconds. Once inside the app you can activate the voice assistant and connect to other Connect+ Harman Kardon devices.

How do I set up my Adapt so my existing equipment can play stereo?

In the Harman Kardon Controller app, set up the Adapt as a stand-alone room, not a stereo pair room. The Adapt always delivers stereo audio via its Audio Out jack.

By pressing and holding the "Volume+" and "Handsfree" ( phone ) button together for 5 seconds. The Harman Kardon Aura Studio will power off, and is now reset back to factory defaults.

How do I power on and pair the Soho Wireless?

Press and hold the bluetooth button for 2-3 seconds. The bluetooth button is located on the bottom RIGHT ear cup. If this is your first time turning on the headphones, it should immediately begin to search for a device to connect to. You will see the blue LED light flash on the bluetooth symbol as it begins to search for the device. Make sure the bluetooth setting is on and in search mode on your device. The Soho Wireless should appear on your discoverable devices within 3-5 seconds. To power off, press and hold the bluetooth button until you hear the audio music prompt indicating that it has powered down.

How do I power on and pair the Onyx Studio 4?

Make sure that the unit you are attempting to connect to is in pairing mode under Bluetooth Settings. Press the power button located on far right outer rim of the speaker. If this is the first time connecting the unit, it will immediately go into pairing mode. HK Onyx 4 Studio should show up on your discoverable devices within 3-5 seconds. Once you choose the HK Onyx Studio 4 on your device, you will be connected and ready to experience that superior Harman Kardon sound.

How do I play via Bluetooth on HK 3770?

1. Place the 3770 in Bluetooth input mode with the BT button on the front panel or the remote. 2. Do a BT search on the phone, until you find HK3770. Then pair with it. 3. Now you can select the HK3770 as audio source on your phone, depending on the phone. On some phones, you can simply begin to play music after performing the pairing, and the HK3770 will play, if it is in Bluetooth input mode, shown on the front panel display. 4. You can control play/pause etc. from either your phone or from the HK3770 remote control. If you want to use the HK3770 remote, you must first press the STEREO Button on the remote control in order to activate the correct remote codes. Now a press on the PAUSE Button on the HK3770 remote will pause the music by placing your phone on pause, and you can restart play by pressing the PLAY Button. 5. To pair another source to HK3770, first deactivate BT on the source presently paired to release new pairing.

How do I fix occasional audio dropouts when playing music to my Omni+ and Omni?

We recommend starting playback on the Omni+ speaker first, and then linking the 1st generation Omni speakers. Omni+ is more powerful and can provide more stability when restreaming to other speakers.

How do I check the software version of my SB35 SABRE?

With the SB35 in standby, press and hold Volume plus and Volume Minus for more than three seconds. The software version is now shown on the front panel display, under the fabric grille. It is the first figure that is the software. More info is shown, but is not relevant for user.

How do I charge the Vi Personal Trainer?

Plug in via USB charging port behind the cap on the RIGHT side of your neckband just below the volume controls. When the light is on, your neckband turns green. (Press the plus and minus on the volume control to get the battery status)
