Your device has entered full standby-mode, which means it shuts down all activity to have the lowest power consumption. This is a requirement for any product in Europe in order to reduce power consumption for devices in your home. To use the HK Remote app again, simply switch ON your device with the original remote control or the front panel on/off button.
