If you still need to return your product, please follow these steps.
- Enter your order number, last name and billing zip code.
- Your order will be displayed, and then Order Details
- Click Return for Refund and then select the item(s), that you wish to return
If you are returning multiple parcels, please reach out to our Customer Support team to receive additional return shipping labels.
IMPORTANT: Your return shipment is required to have 3 custom invoice copies affixed to the package.Please carefully follow our instructions in the “Refund Order Confirmation” email that you will receive upon submitting a return for refund request on our website.
All product packaging and all original content must be returned. It is recommended, but not required, to use the same shipping packaging (brown cardboard box) to return your order.
