This can be caused by many things. It could be obstacles between your device and router, or that your device has been placed too far away. To enhance the WiFi signal for your BDS, please make sure to place the included antenna on its threaded socket, then try search for any WiFi network again. If this still does not work, try moving your BDS closer to the router until connection is established, ensuring that the BDS WiFi network module is working.
