It is always recommended to use our range of Soundbars if you want a speaker for your Television or Smart TV as they are designed specifically for this purpose, whereas our Portable speakers are designed primarily for use with Phones and Tablets.
Support for Bluetooth connectivity between a TV and speaker depends on a number of different factors such as Bluetooth & A2DP versions and Audio Codecs used by each device. This can vary based on the brand, model and age of the devices, however we cannot confirm if any specific combination of TV and speaker will work without issues such as latency or lip sync delay.

Your model AVR is equipped with a cooling fan that only comes on when the unit's internal temperature rises above a predetermined limit. Thanks to the massive heat sinks used in the AVR series, this temperature is rarely reached. A typical situation where the fan will come on is when the AVR is operating at a very loud volume level with program material that has sounds in all seven channels. Since this is a rare occurrence, you may never notice the fan working. In any case, when the fan does come on, the volume will be loud enough that you might not notice it. Thus, you may own an AVR for many years and never hear the fan, or see it in operation. There is no way to test the fan, and none is needed. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Move the sub closer to the SOUNDBAR for testing and see if the signal picks up. 1: Turn off any wireless routers or devices that run on 2.4ghz signals, such baby monitors, cordless phones, etc. and test to see if the subwoofer connects. 2: Test with a movie or music with a lot of action scenes or bass. If it's just dialogue, you may not hear the subwoofer. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Yes, by using the manual setup procedure it is possible to increase the signal volume level to the subwoofer, while reducing the level on the subwoofer itself. The reason it switches off is that the standby sensing circuit cannot sense music when the level is very low. By increasing the volume to the subwoofer and reducing its output on the sub itself, the signal sensing circuit has a better chance of recognizing an incoming signal, preventing the sub from switching off.Was this helpful? The two earpieces of your TWS headphones should normally be connected together without issue. However, if they are no longer paired to each other, please follow these steps, in order.
- Forget/unpair the headphones on your device.
- Manually pair the two earpieces together following the "Manual Pairing Left & Right" instructions in your Owner's Manual/Quick Start Guide.
- Pair the headphones to your device and see if this resolves the problem.
- If manual pairing does not fix the problem, forget/unpair the headphones on your device again.
- Initiate a Product Reset to reset the earbud’s Bluetooth connection.
- Note that RESET will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your headphones with your devices again
- Follow the Product Reset instructions in your Owner's Manual/Quick Start Guide.
- Manually pair the 2 buds together again, as you did in step 2. This additional step is necessary because, by default, the reset procedure does not automatically pair the two ear pieces together, but it does wipe all previous settings and resets the internal processor, so it is necessary to manually pair the two ear pieces together again.
- Pair the buds to your Source Device.
