Make sure your source device and AURA are on the same network. Then make sure your router is set to support older Wi-Fi protocols, such as b/g where the AURA is operating. Some routers have a function to disable older protocols and only use newer ones.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Unfortunately, some Huawei phones are not able to stream music from the HK Controller app to 1st generation Omni speakers. It is important to use the correct HDMI connection on the BDS, marked with ARC. Also, the proper input must be selected with the AUX input selector button, which scrolls between the six AUX inputs. It always selects the AUX input that you used last, so once you have used the AUX ARC input, the BDS unit remembers it until you select another AUX input. The Harman Kardon Aura Studio 2 only supports Bluetooth. The HK Controller app only works with Harman Kardon products that have WiFi connectivity.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

There may be more than one reasons for this problem, but one detail is important: if establishing the connection manually, do not advance the cursor after having written all characters in your password with the up and down arrows. If you jump to the next empty position after the last character, this will be interpreted as an added character in itself, and the password will be wrong.Was this helpful? Try reset the ESQUIRE2 speaker. Press and hold Volume + & phone button at the same time. When the unit is reset, it will power off, and turn on the unit again, and it is reset. Go into your Bluetooth device list and delete the ESQUIRE2 from your list. Now Bluetooth pair with it again. If the unit still do not work as intended, please contact our helpdesk.Was this helpful? If you are experience this message, please power cycle the Wi-Fi router and speaker(s). Disconnect the devices' power cable for 10 seconds and then reconnect them. Once the router and speaker(s) completely boots up, please try to setup again.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
