Make sure your home network's Internet connection is active and the Citation speaker is placed within Wi-Fi range.
If you are using a Wi-Fi extender, your speaker may be confused which network to connect to. If this is happening, try moving the speaker closer to the main router and renaming the Wi-Fi extender.
